You can download the protein, transcript, coding, or underlying genomic
sequence of the gene models you find. To download sequence:
- Select the checkbox on the left for each model whose sequence you desire.
Use the Check All and Uncheck All buttons
as needed.
- Select the type of sequence to download with the FASTA file
of pull-down menu.
- Click download. You'll get a FASTA file containing
your selected sequence(s).
Quick Tip
- If all the
models whose sequence you want don't appear on the first search results
page, try entering a larger number in the Results
per page text box and resubmit your search.
