Searching for Gene Model Hits to InterPro

With this search, you can find gene models that align with entities in the InterPro database. To launch this search, use only the Gene Model Hits form.

1. Make sure the InterPro radio button is selected.
2. From the first pull-down menu, select a field from the InterPro database to search under. The options are Hit Id and Hit Description.
3. In the contains text box, type your search term (e.g., 004014 for a hit ID, cation transport for a hit description).
4. The sort by menu is automatically set to Protein Id.
5. Click Search Hits.
