SM Clusters Filter

You can change default filter to select only genomes and SM Cluster Types you want to be displayed on this page.

Scale

The "Scale" drop down box allows you to choose the scale which will be used to display genes from every SM Cluster in the last column. There are 3 available options for scaling:

Secondary Metabolism Clusters

SM Clusters Table

SM Clusters table shows found SM clusters for every genome from the list. SM Clusters can be filtered by Cluster Type and genomes from group shown in the top left list on the page. To change the filter you can choose one or multiple Cluster Types and/or genomes and click on "Refresh" button to search using this new filter.

Table contains following columns

Cluster ID

In this column you can see the SM Cluster ID which contains genome portal ID followed by dot and cluster number starting from 1.

Cluster Types

In this column you can see SM Cluster Type which this cluster belongs to. If you move mouse pointer over the name of this cluster type you will see the tooltip with more detailed information about this SM Cluster Type.

Scaffold

This column displays the scaffold information where this SM cluster has been found at. You can click on the scaffold link and you will be redirected to the Gene Model.

Size (bp)

Here is shown the size of the scaffold in the base pairs.

Genes

This column displays SM Cluster member genes accordingly to the "Scale" option currently selected in the filter. You can click on gene displayed in this column to go to the detail page about this gene. If you move mouse pointer over any gene you will see a tooltip with additional information about Protein ID and PFAM domains.
