Status
The genome Alternaria brassicicola was sequenced by the Washington University School of Medicine, Genome Sequencing Center. For more information on the project please see Genome Institute at Washington University - Alternaria brassicicola. JGI Eukaryotic tools were setup to assist with manual curation and comparative analysis of Dothidiomycetes genomes.
The Alternaria brassicicola assembly contains 30.3 million bases and 10,688 predicted models.
