Info • Antrodia serialis Sig1Antser10 v1.0

Status

[May 2017] The Antrodia serialis Sig1Antser10 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with the JGI Annotation pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.

Antrodia serialis Sig1Antser10 was identified to be a dikaryon. Therefore we have created 'primary' and 'secondary' allele gene model tracks in the genome browser, as well as provided downloadable files and BLAST databases for these allelic variants.
