[June 2021] The Aspergillus carbonarius ITEM 5010 genome assembly v3 (14 Dec 2009) is a 'hybrid' assembly of 454 and Sanger gDNA reads improved by the JGI Finishing Pipeline. The Aspergillus carbonarius ITEM 5010 v4 is a reannotation of the v3 assembly using the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.
