This is an updated assembly and annotation of Blumeria graminis f. sp. hordei released in 2018 by Frantzeskakis et. al. The older version of this genome can be accessed here. Please note that this copy of the genome is not maintained by Frantzeskakis et. al. and is therefore not automatically updated. JGI tools were used to automatically annotate predicted proteins.
