Info • Calocera cornea v1.0

Status

Une 2013.  The Calocera cornea genome was sequenced using the Illumina platform and assembled with AllPathsLG release version R43241 (Gnerre et al., 2010).  The genome was subsequently annotated with the JGI annotation pipeline and custom analyses.
