Info • Catenaria anguillulae PL171 v2.0

Status

[July 2016] The Catenaria anguillulae PL171 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with the JGI Annotation pipeline.

This genome was identified to be at least a diploid. Therefore, we have added info on primary and secondary alleles to downloads and the genome browser, as well as created blast databases for querying allelic variants
