Status
Cerrena unicolor was sequenced with the Illumina platform and assembled with AllPathsLG. The genome was annotated with the JGI annotation pipeline and custom analyses. v1.0 of the annotation (Cerun1) was annotated without EST data. In v1.1 (Cerun2) the same genome assembly was used with the addition of ESTs
