[February 2023] The Chaetomidium leptoderma CBS 538.74 genome was sequenced using Illumina HiSeq 2500, assembled with SPAdes, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.
