Status
[October 2024] The Epicoccum nigrum MEM15 (OSU Angiosperm leaf) v1.0 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Flye, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Originally processed as a metagenome, no contaminants were identified so the mitochondrial genome could be directly associated with the nuclear assembly and is available in the downloads section.
