Info • Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense CAV2318 v1.0

Status

[December 2023] The genome sequence of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense CAV2318 was not determined by the Joint Genome Institute (JGI), but was provided by Li-Jun Ma and Yong Zhang in November, 2023. This genome was sequenced with PacBio and illumina, assembled with ABySS, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline.
