Info • Jimgerdemannia lactiflua OSC166217

Status

The genome of Jimgerdemannia lactiflua was sequenced, assembled and annotated by Ying Chang at Oregon State University. JGI tools were used to automatically annotate predicted proteins. The material used for sequencing of Jimgerdemannia lactiflua resulted in a metagenome. Therefore, assembly was done using Spades v3.12.0 and VizBin (Laczny et al., 2015) was used to separate individual genomes. Maker was then used to annotate the extracted J. lactiflua OSC166217 genome. Please note that Ying does not maintain this copy of the genome and therefore it is not automatically updated.
