[February 2019] The Lentinula raphanica INPA1820 genome was sequenced with Illumina technology, assembled sequentially with Velvet and AllPathsLG, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.
