Status
[January 2023] The genome sequence of Melampsora lini version 2.0 was not determined by the JGI.
The genome sequence was assembled from HiFi data.
The genome was provided by CSIRO on May 2022. The annotation was done by Emmanuelle Morin of INRAE using the JGI Annotation Pipeline.
This copy of the genome does include the mitochondrial chromosome or genes.
