Status
v3.0 (April, 2009): The finished version of Micromonas commoda RCC299 v3.0 contains 17 complete chromosomes represented telomere to telomere with a total genome size of 21 Mbp. The chromosomes have been numbered 1-17, largest to smallest.
This v3.2 annotation (Nov 2013) is improved with RNA-Seq and manual curation.
