The genome of Nakazawaea wickerhamii NRRL Y-2563 was sequenced using Illumina HiSeq 2500 and assembled using DISCOVAR v. 51885, SPAdes v. 3.5.1, and MASURCA v. 3. Please note that this copy of the genome is not maintained by Antonis Rokas or the publication authors and is therefore not automatically updated. JGI tools were used to automatically annotate predicted proteins.
