Info • Puccinia graminis f. sp. tritici 21-0 haplotype B

Status

The phased genome sequence and gene models for Puccinia graminis f. sp. tritici 21-0 haplotype B were not determined by the Joint Genome Institute (JGI), but were provided by Feng Li on Sept 19, 2019. In order to allow comparative analyses with other fungal genomes sequenced by the JGI, a copy of this genome is incorporated into Mycocosm. Any contigs and associated gene models that could not be confidently phased from haplotype A are also included here.
