[September 2020] The Phanerochaete chrysosporium RP-78 v3.0 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section. Gene models from Phanerochaete chrysosporium RP-78 v2.0 were mapped onto the v3.0 assembly for visualization purposes, but were not included in the FilteredModels set.
