Status
Assembly v0.0 (December 13, 2006): The current draft release was generated from whole-genome 454 reads (~20X) and Sanger reads (~4X). Forge v5 assembled the reads into 1073 scaffolds, totaling 141.9 Mbp.
Annotation v0.0 (December 19, 2006): The current draft release was generated from Assembly v0.0 plus 107998 ESTs assembled from 454 or Sanger cDNA reads. The JGI Annotation Pipeline predicted and functionally annotated 12011 genes.
