Info • Plicaturopsis crispa v1.0

Status

This draft release was produced using Sanger reads, Roche (454) standard and Roche (454) paired end data. Gap closure with gapResolution closed 370 gaps (23%) in the initial assembly. Newbler was the assembler. The nuclear genome was annnotated using the JGI Annotation Pipeline and custom analyses.
