v1.0: This draft release was produced using 454 titanium (std, 2.8kb pe), Sanger fosmids, and Illumina assembly shreds and was assembled using Newbler. The Sanger fosmids accounted for 0.38x coverage so fosmid data from a related diploid Postia (100% matching only) was used to further scaffold the assembly.
