Info • Puccinia triticina Pt76

Status

The genome sequence and gene models of Puccinia triticina Pt76 were not determined by the Joint Genome Institute (JGI), but were provided by Jana Sperschneider on May 16, 2021. In order to allow comparative analyses with other fungal genomes sequenced by the JGI, a copy of this genome is incorporated into Mycocosm. JGI tools were used to automatically annotate predicted proteins.

Note: this assembly is of a dikaryon, and thus gene content is roughly doubled compared to haploid assemblies. Chromosomes are labeled according to haplotype. For example, chromosome 1 of haplotype A is labeled: ChrA_101, while chromosome 1 of haplotype B is labeled: ChrB_201. unassigned contigs are labeled 'tig_contigNumber'.
