Info • Russula rugulosa BPL654 v1.0

Status

[November 2016] The Russula rugulosa BPL654 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.

Russula rugulosa BPL654 was identified to be a dikaryon. Therefore we have created 'primary' and 'secondary' allele gene model tracks in the genome browser, as well as provided downloadable files and BLAST databases for these allelic variants.
