The genome of Pseudosarcosoma latahense CBS 733.68 was sequenced as part of the 1000 Fungal Genomes (1KFG) project. P. latahense is the anamorph of Corrolospora intermedia and is a member of the order Pezizales in the class of Pezizomycetes in the phylum Ascomycota. CBS 733.68 was isolated from decaying wood, litter and soil in the Mt. Baker National Forest in Idaho, USA. It has been defined as the type of the species.
