Status
Oct 2013. The Lentinus tigrinus genome was sequenced using the Illumina technology, assembled with AllPathsLG version R44849, (Gnerre et al., 2010), and annotated using the JGI annotation pipeline and custom analyses.
This sequencing project was originally intended to target Sistotrema brinkmanii but was later found to be a yet-undetermined strain of Lentinus tigrinus.
