[October 2013] The Sporormia fimetaria genome was sequenced using the Illumina platform and assembled with AllPathsLG release version R46652 (Gnerre et al., 2010).
Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately with AllPathsLG to produce an assembly resulted in a 23 X coverage assembly with 1 scaffold, 85 Kb scaffold N50, 84714 bp total scaffold and is available in the downloads section.
