Status
Stagonospora nodorum SN15 was sequenced by the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard as part of their Fungal Genome Initiative. For more information on the project please see http://www.broad.mit.edu/annotation/genome/stagonospora_nodorum.2/Info.html. JGI Eukaryotic tools were set up to assist with manual curation and comparative analysis of Dothidiomycetes genomes.
The gene models have been updated since the original release: 3603 models have been removed, bringing the new number of gene models to 12380.
