Info • Stereum hirsutum FP-91666 SS1 v1.0

Status

This draft assembly used data from three sequencing technologies: Sanger, Roche (454) and Illumina. The Illumina data were assembled using Velvet. The Velvet assembly was subsequently shredded and combined with the Sanger and 454 data, and assembled with Newbler.
