[February 2021] The nuclear genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. The transcriptome was extracted from conspecific strain FC60 as an FC184 transcriptome was not available. The transcriptome was sequenced with Illumina and assembled with Trinity. Due to limited material, the genome assembly is not complete and thus RNA mapping rate is low. The mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available on the Download page.
