Status
[April 2021] The Suillus luteus 16.09.17.av07 nuclear genome was sequenced with Illumina, assembled with SPAdes, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. No transcriptome was available, so the transcriptome of the Suillus subalutaceus FC151 strain was used, accounting for the low RNA mapping. The mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available on the Download tab.
