Status
[October 2024] The Trichoderma paraviridescens ED13 (OSU S. gigantem needle) v1.0 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Flye, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section. Originally processed as a metagenome, no contaminants were identified so the mitochondrial genome could be directly associated with the nuclear assembly and is available in the downloads section.
