Assembly v1 (April 2013) is a minimal draft assembly of Solexa unpaired-end gDNA reads which were assembled first using Velvet to simulate paired end reads. A total of 730 scaffolds and 32.2 Mbp were assembled from those reads and contigs using AllPathsLG.
