Status
The genome sequence and gene prediction of Tuber melanosporum were not determined by the JGI. The genome sequence was downloaded from Genoscope's Tuber Genome Browser on September 21 2011. The gene prediction was originally done by Genoscope but was delivered to JGI by Emmanuelle Morin at INRA. Please note that this copy of the genome is not maintained by Genoscope or INRA and is therefore not automatically updated. This copy of the genome does not include the mitochondrial chromosome or genes. The JGI Annotation Pipeline was used to add additional functional annotation to Genoscope and INRA's scaffolds and gene models.
