Info • Abortiporus biennis CCBS 521 v1.0

Status

[November 2017] The Abortiporus biennis CCBS 521 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with the JGI Annotation pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.

The JGI annotation pipeline identified 3,605 gene models as possible diploid alleles, and excluded them from the filtered model/gene catalog set. These models are shown in the track "secondary_alleles", and are available from the download page.
