Status
[August 2015] The Caulochytrium protostelioides
ATCC52028 genome was sequenced using Illumina ( 2x151 bp .27 kb, 2x151 bp .5
kb). Please note these libraries were made from cultured DNA,
not single cells. Each fastq file was QC filtered for
artifact/process contamination and subsequently assembled together
with AllPathsLG version R49403, (Gnerre et
al., 2010). The
assembly was annotated using the JGI Annotation pipeline.
