Status
[June 2021] The genome sequence of Ganoderma lucidum was assembled with CABOG v6.1 and SSPACE v1.1 form 454 data.
The genome was downloaded from NCBI BioProject PRJNA71455 on August 2020. The annotation was done by Emmanuelle Morin of INRAE using the JGI Annotation Pipeline.
