Status
[May 2018] The Hygrophoropsis aurantiaca ATCC 28755 genome was sequenced with Illumina HiSeq-2500, assembled with AllPathsLG (v R52488), and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately with SPAdes (v 3.11.1) and is available in the downloads section.
