Status
Penicillium subrubescens FBCC1632 / CBS132785 was sequenced by CBS-KNAW Fungal Biodiversity Centre and University of Helsinki using Illumina HiSeq2500, and annotated with software Glimmer v3.02 and EvidenceModeler v1.1.1 which integrated mRNA-Seq evidence to improve gene prediction. JGI tools were used to add functional annotations to the gene models.
