[January 2018] The Rozella allomycis CSF55 genome was sequenced with Illumina and assembled with Spades. Pooled libraries were annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. While no transcriptome is available, transcripts from the non-single-cell R. allomycis genome were incorporated into gene prediction. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.
