Status
The genome of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was not sequenced by the JGI, but by the BROAD Institute. A copy of the genome was downloaded from http://www.broadinstitute.org/annotation/genome/sclerotinia_sclerotiorum/MultiHome.html and is incorporated into MycoCosm so it can be used in comparative studies. JGI eukaryotic tools were used to annotate the predicted genes.
