Info • Thamnidium elegans v1.0

[Feb 2016] The Thamnidium elegans NRRL 2467 genome was sequenced using the PacBio platform and assembled together with Falcon version 0.3.0 (https://github.com/PacificBiosciences/FALCON). Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section. Note: 22 contigs were identified as mitochondrial contamination in the main assembly and removed prior to release. Reassembly of mitochondrial identified preads failed, so the 22 contaminant contigs are provided as mito, there is no guarantee they completely represent the mitochondrial genome.
